Pasadena ISD, back from the Winter Holidays

January 03, 2005

Contributing Writer: Paloma Cruz

Tuesday, January 4, 2005 is the first day of the second semester for students of Pasadena Independent School District. Teachers actually start today, to prepare for tomorrow’s influx of students. For some parents, it’s not a moment too soon.

But students, don’t feel too bad. Your next holiday is in two weeks, Monday, January 17th. Nationally, libraries, government offices and other organizations will also be closed to celebrate and commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Pasadena Public Library will also be closed on this day.

To view the complete PISD calendar, visit their Web site.
